We utilize a specialized hands-on stress relieving technique designed to treat stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD and chronic pain. This gentle technique floods the brain with safe sensory information to help restore balance in the central nervous system. It tells the brain to stop sending signals of protection (tension) into the body.  The result is a sense of calmness and relaxation that when coupled with simple home exercises (life tools), creates lasting changes in how one feels from a cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. About Your Practitioner:

Sylvia Goroski has a passion for helping people overcome “stuck-ness” utilizing various brain based techniques and movement patterns. Sylvia specializes in helping people with emotional stress tied to anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD and traumas of various types.

In addition to receiving her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, Sylvia draws on her post-graduate training in postural neurology, nutrition, personal training and acupuncture to help equip you with the necessary home tools to assist you in your healing journey.

Sylvia currently works and lives in the Denver Metro and during her free time she loves spending time in nature, reading and hanging out with family and friends.
